The kitchen area is tiled and contains a sink unit and electric cooker. Also on the ground floor there is a 4 sq.m. sauna and a modern toilet.

On the second floor there is a large landing leading to two bedrooms, both with wooden floors plus a luxury bathroom with toilet.
The village of Gorsko Kalugerove is situated 35km from Veliko Tarnovo, the old Bulgarian capital. It is 25km from Sevlievo and 22km from Rositsa, which has the only licensed motorbike racing track in Bulgaria. Within the village there are two grocery shops, post office, doctor and a beautiful Bulgarian church. Gorsko Kalugerove is 6km away from the second largest dam in Bulgaria where there is good fishing and the area is also known for deer hunting. Wine making is a feature of this region and the Loviol-Suhindol Winery, one of the largest in Bulgaria, is approximately 14km away from the village.
The house is located in the south west area of the village, at the foot of the Stara Planina mountains. The garden is over 1350 sq.m and contains an orchard with a variety of fruit trees. The remainder of the garden is grassed and there is a stone water fountain and some outbuildings, one of which was formerly a summer dining room. There is also 15 sq.m of covered garage area.
