- Hold two sets of keys at the office
- Monthly check of the property, complete with
photographs
- Security check all doors, windows and alarm system
- Security check fences, gates and walls
- Flush sanitary fittings, check taps/shower/toilet(s) and
air the property
- Check for leaks, cracks and weather damage
- Test electrical appliances. Lighting and heating boiler
- Visual check all furniture for damp/mildew/infestation
- Water house plants
- Payment of bills, electricity, water and telephone
- Payment of local Municipal taxes (council tax) and (Rubbish) collection
- Annual company accounts (dormant)
- We act as your local information source
Payment in full for one year Property Management required.
